Question 1: What documents do I need to rent a car?
You’ll need a copy of your IC or passport, a valid driving licence, and a utility bill or employment card (if requested). Everything can be sent via WhatsApp for verification.
Question 2: Is there a deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required before collection. It will be transferred back to your bank account within 10–14 working days after returning the car (subject to inspection).
Question 3: Do you deliver cars to customers?
Yes. We offer pickup and delivery across Klang Valley, including Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Shah Alam, KLIA, and nearby areas. Delivery charges may apply depending on distance.
Question 4: Can I extend my rental period?
Of course. Just inform our team at least 36 hours before your return date, and we’ll update your rental agreement accordingly.
Question 5: What if I cancel my booking?
Cancellations made within 72 hours before the rental start date are non-refundable. Earlier cancellations may qualify for partial refund depending on notice given.
Question 6: Is smoking allowed in the car?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A RM500 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke residue or cigarette marks are found.
Question 7: How do I make payment?
You’ll receive an invoice via email or WhatsApp once your booking is confirmed. Payment can be made via online transfer or cash before vehicle handover.
Question 8: Are your cars insured?
Yes. All vehicles are covered with comprehensive insurance, but customers are responsible for any excess or damage caused by negligence.
Question 9: Can I rent a car without a credit card?
Yes. We accept bank transfer, debit card, or cash payments. No credit card is required to rent with Flexi Go Empire.
Question 10: How clean are the cars?
Every car is sanitized, vacuumed, and inspected before each handover. We prioritise hygiene and comfort for all customers.
